| Cooking Instructions | 1. Rub 1/2 kilo of meat with salt and coat with batter (flour, cornstarch, and water). Fry it until golden brown. Set aside. 2. heat 2 tbsp. cooking oil in wok. Saute sliced onion., sliced carrots, pineapple chnks, green and red bell pepper for 2 minutes. 3. Dissolve 1 pouch Lasap Sweet and Sour Mix in 1 1/4 cup of water, and pour into sauted vegetables. 4. Cook until sauce thickens. Add the brown meat and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot. |
