| Cooking Instructions | 1. Dissolve the Lasap Gata mix in 1 cup of water, then set aside. 2. Heat a pan with 1-2 tbs of oil, saute garlic and onions until soft then add vegetables and or/meat. Saute until cooked. 3. Pour the dissolved gata into the pan. 4. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer. 5. Stir occationally untl the sauce thickens and the flavors are well blended. |
