Lasap Hot & Spicy Breading Mix

1. Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan. 2. Wash prepared meat, seafood, or vegetables in cold water, then drain excess moisture. 3. Pour Lasap Breading Mix onto a plate or into a shake bag. Roll or shake the moist meat, seafood, or vegetables in the mix until evenly coated. 4. Fry a few pieces at a time in hot oil until light brown. Remove and drain on absorbent paper or in a strainer. Serve hot.
